You will need a Google or Gmail account to create a Blogger Free blog. Because, blogger.com is a product or service of Google where you can create a free blog.

And, to create a blog on blogger.com, you will first need a Google ID and password. I hope you have a Gmail account, and if not, you can go to Gmail.com and create your own Google account.

Now, after going to the blogger.com website, you will see a link on the first page saying “Create A Blog”. Diameter, then click on the link and then login with your Gmail account ID and password.

After logging in, you will see the Blogger setup page.

Now click on “Create Google plus account” from your setup page.

After creating a Google Plus account, click on the "Continue to blogger" link.

Now you will see your own blogger dashboard.

After logging in to the Blogger dashboard, you will see the “Create a blog” link where you can create your own blog by clicking.
